When to call us

Five symptoms we see most often. If your PC matches one of these, we have a standard fix path and a standard price.

PC doesn't turn on

Three checks first: outlet, PSU switch at back, front-panel power button cable. If all three pass, we come out for a free diagnostic.

No display on boot

Try a different display cable / port. Reseat RAM. Count any beep codes and we will tell you what they mean. If you cannot resolve, we come out for a free diagnostic.

Fans ramp to 100% at boot

Normal fan-test cycle, 1-3 seconds. If they stay at 100%, we have a thermal or fan-curve problem and we look at it.

Random shutdowns under load

Almost always thermal — dried thermal paste, blocked airflow, or a failing fan. Deep clean + repaste usually fixes it. ₹799 with 30-day warranty.

Slow boot / app launch

HDD aging or insufficient RAM. SSD clone + RAM upgrade: ₹1,499 with parts billed at MRP. Same-day doorstep.

Burning smell or smoke

Power off immediately, do not turn back on. Call us — this is a workshop job, not a doorstep job.

Repair questions

My PC is not turning on. What should I check before calling?
Three things: (1) the wall outlet — plug a phone charger into the same socket to verify it has power, (2) the PSU switch at the back of the system — make sure it is in the "I" position, not "O", and (3) the front-panel power button connection — if you have recently moved the case, the power button cable can come loose from the motherboard. If all three check out, call us.
My PC is turning on but no display comes up. What next?
Try the display cable in a different port on the GPU (or motherboard if you have integrated graphics). Reseat the RAM — power off, remove both sticks, slot one in the A2 slot, try again, then try the other stick in the same slot. If the system beeps in a pattern, count the beeps and look up the pattern in your motherboard manual — that is a diagnostic code.
The fans ramp up to 100% for a few seconds at boot, then settle. Is that normal?
Yes. Most modern boards do a fan-test cycle on cold boot where they run all fans at 100% for 1-3 seconds. This is intentional and is not a fault. If the fans stay at 100% after boot, that is a thermal or fan-curve problem and we should look at it.
How much does a typical repair cost?
Diagnostic visit: free with any subsequent repair, ₹299 if you decide not to proceed. SSD / RAM upgrade: ₹1,499 (parts billed separately). Deep cleaning + thermal paste refresh: ₹799. Custom-difficulty repair (bent pins, dead board-level component): quoted after diagnostic. All quotes are written and you approve before we proceed.
Do you recover data from failed drives?
Not in-house. We partner with a clean-room data recovery lab for failed-drive recovery and pass jobs through at cost + a small handling fee. For most consumer SSD failures, the lab can recover 80-95% of data; for physically damaged drives (clicking, not detected at all) success rates are 40-60% and the cost is significantly higher.
