Quick answers

Do you build PCs from parts I already have, or do you also source components?
Both. About half our assembly jobs use customer-supplied parts, and the other half we source — typically we can match online MRP within 2-4% on most SKUs. We always run a compatibility audit before either path: socket, chipset, BIOS revision, RAM QVL, PSU headroom, and case clearance. If something on your list is incompatible or weak, we tell you before we start, not after.
How long does a custom PC build take?
A standard single-system build runs 4-6 hours of hands-on time, plus a 48-hour burn-in (OCCT CPU+GPU stress, AIDA64 memory, and idle thermal logging) before we return the system. You are typically looking at 24-48 hours from drop-off to pickup for a parts-supplied build, and 4-6 days if we are sourcing components.
Is there any warranty on the work you do?
Yes. Custom PC assembly carries a 180-day workmanship warranty covering cable seating, thermal paste application, and BIOS / firmware configuration. SSD/RAM upgrades carry 90 days. Deep cleaning carries 30 days on thermal performance. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a 365-day service contract. Component-level warranties are handled by the manufacturer (typically 3 years on CPU/RAM/SSD, 5+ years on most PSUs, 2-3 years on GPUs).
Do you handle data cloning and OS migration?
Yes. We carry a hardware NVMe cloner for drive-to-drive clones (NVMe-to-NVMe, SATA-to-NVMe). For Windows, OEM license keys transfer to the new motherboard as long as the original key was retail or OEM-system-bound to your account. We help you re-activate and verify activation status before returning the system. For Linux, we re-install or migrate /home as appropriate.
